Ticket and Memorabilia Donation Policy

College World Series of Omaha, Inc., is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization which acts as the local organizing committee of the NCAA Men’s College World Series.

Ticket Donation

We are not able to provide any group with a donation of either reserved or General Admission tickets to the College World Series. Per NCAA policy, tickets are not allowed to be used in fundraising events and this information is printed on the back of every CWS ticket.

While you may often see tickets offered at silent auctions and the like, it is likely that the organization has found a CWS season-ticket holder who made that donation privately.

Memorabilia Donation

On occasion, we may have baseballs, caps or T-shirts which can be provided to your organization for donation. Please note that we do not sell apparel or keep any in stock. Much of what we have is used as either an incentive for our volunteer General Admission ticket sellers or fan appreciation gifts. Because CWS of Omaha, Inc., is a non-profit and not an NCAA licensee, we don't often have many left-over items but what we have we are willing to donate.

Because of our small staff, we are not in a position to ship these items so we request that your organization make arrangements to pick these items up from our office.

For additional information, please contact us info@cwsomaha.com or at (402) 554-4422.
