| Stadium Security |
|
The safety of fans, coaches and players is priority. Like many sports and entertainment venues across the country, the College World Series has implemented tighter security policies. Please check our list of dos and dont's before you arrive at the stadium.
The changes and tighter security affect what you can take into the stadium and may affect the amount of time it takes for you to reach your seat. When entering Rosenblatt, you may be subject to inspection of such things like purses, fanny packs, medical kits and other personal items brought into the stadium. (Even local sports directors are subjected to a friendly search.) It's best to take as little as possible into the stadium to speed the security process. Here's a list of what will not be allowed in Rosenblatt:
You will not be able to leave items at the gate. If you do not return them to your car, stadium security will dispose of them. *For security reasons, the rule banning outside food and beverages from being brought into the stadium will continue to be enforced. However, to help fans stay hydrated during the event, a water station will be installed for the CWS. Located at the plaza entrance to Rosenblatt, it will be available for filling water containers on an unlimited basis, free of charge. Empty, individual-sized, plastic containers will be allowed into the stadium. |
